Welcome to MADE Real Estate Media! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.maderem.com (the "Site") and any related services provided by MADE Real Estate Media (collectively, the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

MADE Real Estate Media provides professional real estate photography, videography, virtual tours, and other digital media services for real estate professionals and property owners.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MADE Real Estate Media and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MADE Real Estate Media.

4. User Content & License

  • For Clients/Users Purchasing Services: All digital assets, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and virtual tours (collectively, "Content") produced by MADE Real Estate Media for a client will be licensed to that client for the purpose of marketing the specific property for which the services were engaged. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and is valid for the duration that the property is listed for sale or lease by that client. Any other use, including but not limited to commercial use, resale, or transfer to another agent or owner, is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of MADE Real Estate Media. MADE Real Estate Media retains the copyright and ownership of all Content.

  • For General Website Users: If you post, upload, or make available any content on our Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Payment: All fees for our services are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice. Payments must be made in full before the final delivery of digital assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Cancellations: Cancellation of a scheduled service must be made at least [e.g., 24, 48] hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than [e.g., 24] hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $[Amount].

8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Our Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

In no event shall MADE Real Estate Media, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least [e.g., 30] days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
