Terms of Service for MADE Real Estate Media

1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using the website www.maderem.com (the "Site") and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Services Provided MADE Real Estate Media provides professional photography, videography, virtual tours, and digital media services for real estate listings and marketing.
3. Booking and Cancellations

• Booking: All services must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

• Cancellations: We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and is required to download or access the final high-resolution media.

• Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our digital products, all sales are final once the media has been delivered. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

• License to User: Upon full payment, MADE Real Estate Media grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images and media for marketing the specific property listing. This license is valid for the duration of the listing.

• Copyright: MADE Real Estate Media retains all copyright and ownership of the raw and edited media. You may not resell, sub-license, or redistribute the media to third parties (such as other agents, builders, or stagers) without prior written permission.

6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms By providing your phone number to us, you consent to receive text messages from MADE Real Estate Media regarding service updates, booking confirmations, and account alerts.

• Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.

• Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply.

7. Limitation of Liability MADE Real Estate Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
